When you use EngageCloud Pro, we may collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and profile details provided during registration.
• Social Media Data: When you connect your social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), we collect access tokens and profile metadata necessary to publish content on your behalf.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform to improve user experience and product quality.
• Content Data: AI-generated content drafts, published posts, and media assets you upload or create through the platform.

EngageCloud Pro uses official APIs provided by Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter/X to allow you to publish content directly to your profiles and managed business pages.

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize us to:

• Read your public profile information (Name, Photo, ID/URN)
• Fetch the Business/Company Pages and Instagram Professional accounts you manage
• Publish posts, images, and videos to your authorized profiles and pages on your behalf

Data Usage and Protection: We never post content without your explicit action or scheduled intent. We do not sell your social media data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Data Deletion Request: If you wish to revoke access or request deletion of your social media data, disconnect the account from your Integrations page or email us at support@engagecloud.pro. Disconnecting immediately and permanently purges the associated access tokens.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and API tokens:

• AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data
• TLS 1.3 for all data in transit
• OAuth 2.0 only — we never store your social media passwords
• Social access tokens are encrypted before storage
• Google Cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade physical security

You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from the Integrations page, which will immediately and permanently delete the associated access tokens from our servers.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Right to portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to restrict processing: Limit how we use your data
• Right to opt out (CCPA): California residents may opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
